The Cause

The Verve Energy Albany Port to Point has been a significant event in the Albany Community; through this we are partnering with the Albany Youth Support Association Inc and the Albany Police and Community Youth Centre and assisting them with meeting their fundraising goals.

Albany Youth Support Association Inc. (better known as Young House) is a well respected Not for Profit Community Association which has been providing youth services since the early 1980s.

The Mission statement of the Association is to "provide a range of support and advocacy services with a focus on early intervention to alleviate and prevent crises in the lives of young people who are at risk of harm."

Albany PCYC aims to enhance the quality of life and well being for the people in Albany and the Great Southern by creating opportunities to develop youth within the community. PCYC facilitate and encourages participation in sporting, recreation, cultural and community programs with an aim to improving the lives of individual members and the development of the local community.

The Albany PCYC caters to all ages by providing structured activities in a safe and controlled environment.
