Lodge Form in Person:

Lodge your entry form in person or fill out at entry form at BodyCare Health Club, here you can also collect your participant race bib with timing chip attached! This saves all the hassle of queing up on the morning of the event to register and collect your race bib.

Participant Packs and Race Numbers

Participant packs will be handed to participants as they cross the finish line at Emu Point. Participant packs will contain items kindly donated by the event sponsors.

All participants will need to collect their Race Numbers from their starting area 45 minutes prior to their event starting time.

This year we have adopted a new technology where the Race Bibs will include the timing chip on the back. The timing chip will be in the form of a sticker fixed to the back of the bib. PLEASE do not peel off the sticker/chip as this will affect your results.

The timing chips are disposable and can be thrown away after the event.

Entry Conditions

• Entry Fees are non-refundable.
• TriEvents reserves the right to alter the format of the event in the interest of competitor safety if deemed necessary due to prevailing weather conditions.
• A late entry fee will be incurred by the participant if entering on the day of the event; October 30 2011
